Returns & Refunds

Please review photos, descriptions, measurements, condition notes, and any disclosed flaws carefully before purchasing. Many items are vintage, pre-owned, collectible, antique, or one-of-a-kind.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns when an item arrives damaged, defective in a way that was not disclosed, or materially different from the description in the listing.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, fit or preference issues, or normal age-related wear that was shown or described before purchase.

Reporting a Problem

Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. Include your order information and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping damage when applicable.

Return Window

If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of approval and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including any accessories, pieces, books, inserts, or original components included with the sale.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving damage, an undisclosed defect, or an item that is materially not as described, Ardente Secondhand Shenanigans will provide return instructions and determine whether return shipping will be covered or reimbursed based on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a qualifying undisclosed defect.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Many of our items are unique or quantity-one pieces, so an identical replacement may not be available.

Vintage, Antique & Secondhand Items

Pre-owned and vintage merchandise may show signs of age, previous use, storage, or normal wear. These characteristics are not considered defects when they are visible in the listing photos or disclosed in the description.
